W piątek odbyły się dwa mecze brytyjskiej Championship (2. klasa rozgrywek) oraz jeden w ramach Championship Shield. Wszystkie pojedynki były wyrównane i trzymające w napięciu. Jednym z bohaterów został Nicolai Klindt.

Dopiero w ostatnim biegu rozstrzygnęły się losy spotkań w Glasgow oraz Edynburgu. W pierwszym przypadku po rozegraniu 14. wyścigów był remis. W kolejnej odsłonie dużą klasę pokazali Richie Worrall i Chris Harris, którzy wygrali podwójnie, dając tym samym triumf "Tygrysom".
