Z dobrej strony pokazali się także dwaj inni Australijczycy, Cory Gathercole (10+1) i Taylor Poole (8+1). W zespole Diabłów udane spotkanie odjechał zdobywca 12 "oczek" - Ben Barker.

W Edynburgu miejscowa drużyna pokonała Sheffield Tigers 55:35, ale w pierwszym spotkaniu uległa 31:59. Pojedynek obfitował w wiele upadków. Gospodarzy do wygranej poprowadził Niemiec Kevin Woelbert, który wywalczył komplet 15 punktów. W ekipie Tygrysów najskuteczniejszy był Shane Parker - 12 "oczek".
