- Chociaż grałem w kilku klubach, to moje serce na zawsze pozostanie w Nowym Jorku. Kto raz został graczem Knicks, zawsze nim będzie - powiedział Stoudemire, który następnie przeniósł się do Europy.

"Stat" podpisał kontrakt z Hapoelem Jerozolima, z którym zdobył mistrzostwo Izraela i osiągnął ćwierćfinał w Pucharze Europy. Amerykanin był czołową postacią zespołu.
