Legenda Manchesteru United i Realu Madryt w zdecydowanych słowach wypowiedział się o zaletach bycia w Unii Europejskiej. - Miałem przywilej grać w Madrycie, Mediolanie i Paryżu z zawodnikami z całej Europy i świata. Te wspaniałe europejskie miasta i ich żywiołowi fani przyjęli mnie i moją rodzinę - napisał piłkarz.

I'm passionate about my country and whatever the result of Thursday's referendum, we will always be Great. We live in a vibrant and connected world where together as a people we are strong. For our children and their children we should be facing the problems of the world together and not alone.
