Championship: najciekawiej w Edynburgu. Craig Cook i Aaron Summers bezbłędni
Zwycięstwami Somerset Rebels, Edinburgh Monarchs oraz Glasgow Tigers zakończyły się piątkowe spotkania brytyjskiej Championship (2. klasa rozgrywek). Po komplety punktów sięgnęli Craig Cook oraz Aaron Summers.
Po wyjazdowe zwycięstwo na torze w Scunthorpe sięgnęła drużyna Somerset Rebels. Gości do wygranej za cztery "duże" punkty poprowadzili Rory Schlein (12 pkt) oraz Chris Harris (11+1 pkt). Liderem gospodarzy był Josh Auty (15 pkt).
Oba pozostałe spotkania zakończyły się wygranymi gospodarzy. Ciekawie było w Edynburgu, gdzie tamtejsi "Monarchowie" wypracowali sobie bezpieczną przewagę. Trzy ostatnie biegi zawodnicy Leicester Lions zwyciężyli łącznie 13:5, ale było to zbyt mało, aby wywieźć ze stolicy Szkocji więcej niż jedno "oczko".
