Premier League: Kolejna zmiana na szczycie klasyfikacji kanadyjskiej

28. seria Premier League przyniosła kolejne zmiany w ścisłej czołówce klasyfikacji kanadyjskiej, która znów ma samodzielnego lidera.

Został nim Riyad Mahrez, który we wtorkowym meczu z West Bromwich Albion (2:2) asystował przy drugiej bramce dla Leicester (zdobył ją Andy King). Algierczyk ma teraz 25 pkt. - o jeden więcej niż jego kolega z drużyny, Jamie Vardy.

W ścisłej czołówce swój wynik poprawili jeszcze Romelu Lukaku i Diego Costa. Obaj strzelili po jednym golu, a ich zespoły sięgały po pełną pulę na wyjazdach. Everton ograł Aston Villę (3:1), natomiast Chelsea pokonała Norwich City (2:1).

Mahrez poprawił także swój dorobek w klasyfikacji asystentów. Teraz ma jedenaście ostatnich podań - o siedem mniej niż liderujący Mesut Oezil. Niemcowi wciąż brakuje dwóch asyst, by wyrównać rekord Thierry'ego Henry'ego z sezonu 2002/2003.

W 28. serii kolejne asysty dołożyli do swego dorobku Roberto Firmino i Wes Hoolahan. Obaj mają ich teraz po osiem.
