Amerykanka cierpiała na tętniaka mózgu. Kilka dni temu, 20 września, w internecie pojawiła się zrzutka na leczenie byłej zawodniczki MMA. "W tej chwili potrzebuje pomocy, aby przetrwać kilka następnych miesięcy przy rosnących wydatkach osobistych i medycznych" - można przeczytać. 5 dni później Collins zmarła.

Amerykanka w oktagonie miała pseudonim "Czerwony smok". W 2015 r. przeszła na zawodowstwo. Wygrała 6 z pierwszych siedmiu walk. Zrezygnowała z MMA w czerwcu 2018 r. po trzech porażkach z rzędu. Łącznie miała bilans 7 zwycięstw i 5 porażek.

Collins podczas krótkiej kariery walczyła w federacjach Bellator, RFA, LFA i Invicta. W latach 2011-2015 walczyła amatorsko. 32-latka miała dwóch synów.
