Newcastle Diamonds pokonało Scunthorpe Scorpions 53:37. Diamenty do triumfu poprowadził Richie Worrall, który na swoim koncie zapisał 13 punktów i bonus. Wśród Skorpionów najlepszy był gościnnie występujący w ich barwach Nick Morris - zdobywca 10 oczek i bonusa.

W drugim niedzielnym meczu Premier League zespół Glasgow Tigers uległ na własnym torze ekipie Leicester Lions 44:46. Gospodarzom nie pomogła znakomita dyspozycja Joe Screen'a, który zdobył komplet 15 punktów. Liderem Lwów był Kauko Nieminen. Fin wywalczył 12 punktów i bonus.
