Wtorek w Premier League: Dublet Panter, zwycięstwo Skorpionów

We wtorkowy wieczór na Wyspach Brytyjskich rozegrano trzy spotkania Premier League. Dwa z nich rozegrano na torze w Peterborough, a zwycięstwa w nich odniosła ekipa Panter.

W pierwszym z meczów zespół Peterborough Panthers pokonał Glasgow Tigers 46:44. Liderem gospodarzy był Ulrich Ostergaard, który na swoim koncie zapisał 14 punktów. Z dobrej strony pokazał się również Ales Dryml. Były mistrz Europy zdobył 12 "oczek" i dorzucił do tego dorobku dwa bonusy. Wśród Tygrysów najlepszy był Tero Aarnio. Fin wywalczył 9 punktów i bonus.

Chwilę po zakończeniu potyczki z Tygrysami żużlowcy Panter zmierzyli się z ekipą Workington Comets. Mecz ten zakończył się zwycięstwem gospodarzy 42:36, a spotkanie zostało zakończone po trzynastu biegach z powodu ciszy nocnej. Liderem Panter był Ales Dryml, który wywalczył 13 punktów. Liderami Komet byli Ricky Wells i Joe Jacobs.

W Scunthorpe zespół Skorpionów bez żadnych problemów pokonał Berwick Bandits. Spotkanie to zakończyło się wynikiem 62:34, a najlepszymi zawodnikami gospodarzy byli Josh Auty i Ryan Douglas. Obaj na swoim koncie zapisali po 12 "oczek" i dorzucili do tego dorobku po dwa bonusy. Z kolei wśród Bandytów liderem był Claus Vissing, który wywalczył 11 punktów i bonus.
